Meet The Founder
Priscilla Nakane
Founder | She Speaks CEO
She Speaks CEO was founded by Priscilla Nakane, a multi-brand entrepreneur and leadership platform builder with a background in public relations, media, and executive strategy. Priscilla has founded, scaled, and led ventures across publishing and media, public relations, marketing, technology, retail, experiential brand activations, and event production. Her leadership experience also spans corporate commerce, municipal government, IT, and infrastructure environments, providing a grounded, cross-sector perspective on how leadership influence and decision-making function at scale. In parallel with her own leadership journey, Priscilla has spent years advising and coaching women entrepreneurs, founders, and CEOs as a business consultant and strategist. Working closely with women navigating growth, leadership transitions, and executive decision-making has given her deep pattern recognition into the challenges, pressures, and inflection points women leaders face — insight that directly informs how she leads and stewards the She Speaks CEO ecosystem. With more than two decades of experience navigating executive leadership across corporate, entrepreneurial, and public-sector environments, Priscilla brings lived understanding to the realities of leadership, access, and representation. As a woman of color who has operated in spaces where proximity to leadership is often uneven, her career has been shaped by responsibility, resilience, and hard-earned credibility. She Speaks CEO reflects both that experience and that conviction. The platform is created as a leadership ecosystem designed to reduce isolation, expand access, and support women — particularly those navigating underrepresented industries and pathways — as they define their executive voice, positioning, and leadership presence. Priscilla’s role as founder is rooted in stewardship. She Speaks CEO is shaped by years of leading, building, advising, and navigating complex systems of leadership. Through this work, she is building a platform grounded in integrity, diplomacy, humanity, and inclusion, creating space for women to rise with credibility, dignity, and lasting impact.
