She Speaks CEO Women of Impact - Las Vegas 2025 took place on June 28th, 2025, to honor powerhouse women in Las Vegas who are making an impact in their communities. It brought together over 50 women in leadership from Las Vegas to celebrate strong women moving forward in power and purpose. Honorees included North Las Vegas Mayor Pamela Goynes Brown, Priscilla Almeida, VP of Events for The Las Vegas Raiders, and Dr. Marguerite Brathwaite, top OBGYN and women's health physician of Southern Nevada.
This elegant event honored trailblazing women who embody leadership, resilience, and impact, while creating a space for attendees to network intentionally, share stories, and build lasting relationships.

🌟 Honoring Women Who Make an Impact
The highlight of the brunch was the presentation of the Icon Award to North Las Vegas Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown, celebrated for her outstanding leadership and service as a woman making history in politics and community impact.
Mayor Goynes-Brown made history in 2022 as Nevada’s first African-American mayor, blazing a trail for future generations of leaders. A lifelong educator and public servant, she has dedicated over 35 years to the betterment of her community—both inside the classroom and in city government. She continues to give of herself every day, to her legacy and community.
